Shipping Policy

Our products are handmade which requires pre-order. The pre-order delivery time is approximately 4-5 weeks. As soon as your products are ready, we will be sending you an e-mail with the DHL tracking number information. International delivery costs for the items will be calculated at checkout page. (Delivery times and conditions may vary due to the intensity experienced during the campaign periods.) When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipping tracking number. You can follow the link in the email. Please note that any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country on imported goods are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

Strike, lockout, natural disasters, uprising, public movements, nuclear risk and danger, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage and fire in extraordinary situations such as situations and originating from the recipient (absence of address, the absence of the authority to deliver, the recipient moved from the address, etc.) delivery time and conditions may vary.

We do not offer standard shipping options as we send these valuable pieces with premium insured delivery to protect both you and us.
